Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides hospice services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Eastern Oregon's Malheur, Baker, Union, and Deshutes Counties. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Heart 'n Home Fruitland Office provides hospice services to Adams County, Payette County, and Washington County, Idaho as well as Malheur County, Oregon. Since opening in 2004, the Fruitland Clinical Team has served 900 hospice patients. In addition to serving patients, the Fruitland Office hosts the Heart 'n Home Administrative offices, which includes Heart 'n Home Owners, Senior Leadership Team, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Compliance Departments.
