Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides hospice services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Eastern Oregon's Malheur, Baker, Union, and Deshutes Counties. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Heart 'n Home Emmett office provides hospice services to individuals in Emmett and the surrounding communities throughout Gem County, Idaho. All of the Emmett Clinical Staff are local residents and live close by to provide immediate on-call assistance to Heart 'n Home patients in need. Some of the words that have been used to describe the Emmett Team are excellent, fantastic care, quick response time, highly trained, compassionate, and great team players that help patients and families create memories.
