Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides hospice services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Eastern Oregon's Malheur, Baker, Union, and Deshutes Counties. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Heart 'n Home Caldwell office provides hospice services throughout the Canyon and Owyhee Counties in Idaho. Clinical Staff from the Caldwell Office all live within the counties served and since opening its doors in 2005, the Caldwell Office has provided care to 300 patients.
