Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides hospice services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Eastern Oregon's Malheur, Baker, Union, and Deshutes Counties. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you have any concerns, anonymous reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retribution. If a report needs to be submitted, please include specific dates and as many details as possible to ensure accuracy and to resolve issues.
All reports will be maintained by the Heart 'n Home Director of Compliance and the Heart 'n Home senior leadership team.
