Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides hospice services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Eastern Oregon's Malheur, Baker, Union, and Deshutes Counties. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Through modeling and mentoring our passion and purpose for staff, patients and families, and communities served, we aspire to be recognized nationally as the school of hospice promoting excellence in life and end-of-life care.
Employees are important to Heart ‘n Home and are considered our most valuable asset. It is our desire to make your experience at Heart ‘n Home the best it can be by providing excellent orientation and regularly scheduled on-going training and education to help develop employee skills. This promotes continuity, legendary service, and the updated ways to provide patient care.
The minimum amount of initial orientation an employee receives is 120 hours. In most cases this number of training hours is well exceeded, allowing our new hires to feel comfortable and gain expertise within the first 120 days of employment. You will not find a company more committed to excellence than Heart ‘n Home.
